Privacy Policy

This policy covers the mobile apps published by In My Pocket Labs LLC (Cleveland, Georgia, USA), including Teddy Turnaround and our utility and reminder apps such as Yard Load Calculator, Paint It Right, Cancel Before It Bills, Did We Feed the Dog?, Home Maintenance Reminders, Floor Math, SlabCalc, Fence Builder Math, Spa Water Log, and MoveBox Planner. App-specific details below take priority where an app works differently.

The short version

Our apps don't require accounts, and we don't sell your personal information. Most app data stays on your phone. The app-specific Teddy Turnaround section below explains its demonstration website report, email screen, and Apple tracking-permission request.

What the apps store

Things you enter — calculations, saved projects, reminders, pet or equipment names, website addresses, reports, and settings — are stored locally on your device unless an app-specific section says otherwise. Deleting the app deletes this local data.

Teddy Turnaround — version 1.0

Teddy Turnaround provides a plain-English demonstration report showing how a business website may feel to a customer.

• Website addresses: The address you enter is used on your device to create a bounded demonstration report. Version 1.0 does not crawl the website or send the address to a production scanner.
• Email addresses and marketing choices: The detailed-report email screen demonstrates the planned delivery and optional marketing-consent flow. Version 1.0 does not send the address, deliver an email, add a person to a CRM, or use the entry for marketing.
• Saved reports: The current report is stored on your device and is removed when you delete the app.
• Tracking permission: Teddy asks for Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission because it is designed to support advertising. You can decline and still use every report. Because this permission request is present, Teddy's App Store privacy label conservatively declares device identifiers for third-party advertising and tracking. Version 1.0 does not contain an active advertising network.
• Provider links: Opening an informational provider link leaves Teddy and is governed by that company's privacy policy.

Advertising

Except where an app-specific section states otherwise, our free apps show ads served by Google AdMob. Google and its ad partners may collect and use device information to show and measure ads, such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, approximate (coarse) location, and general app usage signals. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

• On iOS, the app will ask permission before tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you still get ads — just less personalized ones.
• Where required (for example the EU and some US states), the app shows a consent form letting you choose personalized or non-personalized ads.
• Our current consumer-app model is free and supported by restrained banner advertising. We do not currently offer a paid ad-removal option.

Purchases

Our current consumer apps do not sell subscriptions or paid ad-removal upgrades. If a future product offers a purchase, this policy and the applicable store disclosures will be updated before that purchase is made available.

Notifications

Apps with reminders use local notifications scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.

Children

Our apps are made for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

• Reset or limit your advertising identifier any time in your phone's privacy settings.
• Change your ad consent choice from inside the app's settings screen where that option is offered.
• Delete all app data by deleting the app.
• For Teddy Turnaround, follow the Teddy data-deletion instructions to remove local data or request deletion from In My Pocket Labs.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
